Please review the following terms and conditions before registering for the Spreadie Birthday Surprise campaign.
- Participants must reside in Lagos State, Nigeria.
- It is open only to children within ages 5–10 celebrating their birthday this month and whose parents/guardians have already made plans to celebrate their birthday.
- Registration does not guarantee selection. Winners will be chosen based on the criteria and the decision of the organizers is final.
- Information collected during registration will be used solely for the campaign alone.
- Golden Penny Spread reserves the right to verify birthday plans before selection.
- Shortlisted participants may be contacted to verify birthday details and celebration plans. Failure to provide accurate information may result in cancellation.
- Parents/guardians agree that photos, videos, interviews, and other content captured during the birthday surprise may be used by the brand across its social media, digital, and marketing channels.
